Merck Quarterly Financial Report Q3_2010

The Merck share price rose 2.7% during the third quarter, from EUR 59.99 on June 30 to EUR 61.62 on September 30. The share price high during the third quarter was EUR 72.28, recorded on September 10. The low price for the quarter was EUR 58.11 on July 5. Germany’s DAX Index, of which Merck is a member, rose 4.4% during the third quarter and the Bloomberg Europe Pharmaceuticals Index rose 9.6%.
