Highlights – 2^nd Quarter 2012

Sales grew by 11.1% to € 2,743 million

+5.1% organic growth, +5.4% benefit from changes in foreign exchange rates, +0.5% increase from acquisitions

EBITDA pre one-time items increased by 13.9% to € 747 million

Reported results negatively impacted by € 394 million in one-time items

Strong free cash flow of € 626 million reflects operational performance and better management of working capital
